Return and Refund Policy – AislingsBoutique-Galway (Ireland)
Deadline for Returns:
You have a period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return and send back the corresponding items.
(In accordance with Irish law, we cannot accept returns or refunds if the package is sent back outside this period.)
Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping must be done using a tracked courier service to our warehouse in Ireland.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Refund Policy
Refund Timeframe:
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at purchase, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Refund Amount:
Refunds cover only the amount of the returned items.
Original shipping costs are not refunded, except in case of our error.
Delays in Refunds:
If you have not received your refund 7 days after our confirmation, please contact us at info@AislingsBoutique-Galway.com.
Order Cancellation Policy
At AislingsBoutique-Galway, you can cancel your order within 24 hours after confirmation.
After this period, the order will be processed automatically and cannot be canceled.
If you do not wish to keep the item after it has been shipped, you must wait to receive the package and then return it following the indicated procedure.
Note:
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
