Fulfillment and Logistics

  1. Our fulfillment partners are responsible for:

    • Maintaining sufficient stock of the products available in our store.

    • Shipping orders efficiently and within agreed timeframes.

    • Ensuring the quality and correct packaging of shipped products.

  2. By working with specialized logistics providers, we can focus on customer service and product development, while ensuring that deliveries are carried out reliably and professionally.


Delivery Time

  1. We aim to deliver your order within 6–10 business days. This timeframe is indicative and may vary depending on the delivery location and current logistics conditions.

  2. During periods of high demand (e.g., sales or special campaigns), delivery times may be affected. We appreciate your patience and will always work to minimize any delays.

  3. Deliveries are handled by recognized courier companies in Ireland and Europe, offering safe and reliable transport with real-time tracking.


Import Duties and Taxes (DDU/DAP Deliveries)

  1. All products are shipped directly from outside the European Union to the address specified by the customer.

  2. Deliveries take place under the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place) / DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means the customer is considered the importer of the goods.

  3. The sales price shown on our website is exclusive of VAT, import duties, customs clearance fees, and any other charges applicable in the destination country.

  4. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid directly by the customer to the competent customs authorities or the carrier.

  5. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:

    • import VAT, customs duties, and clearance fees may apply;

    • such charges will be collected by customs or the carrier before or upon delivery;

    • delivery is only considered complete once these charges have been duly paid.

  6. If the customer refuses or fails to pay the import charges, resulting in delays, refusal, or return of the shipment, all costs incurred (including return shipment costs) will be the responsibility of the customer.


Additional Shipping Options

  • Customers may select priority or insured shipping for an additional fee.

  • Our customer service team is available to answer questions and provide support in the event of delivery issues.
